Food Freedom Guidance and Foundation Building

This Phase is for you if you :

What this course will do for you: We start by securing and strengthening your most basic and fundamental foundation of health by allowing all foods to fit while we learn how to take the intensity away from food so it can neutralize and not hold power over you anymore. Here, we understand the binge/restrict cycle and where it comes from so you can start living a balanced life of eating foods that both nourish and excite you. I'll teach you how to listen to the signals of your body so you can learn how to honor your hunger and respect your fullness.

Your transformation and the tools you'll develop: Our main goal here is to help you stop thinking about food so much while we take away the "good" and "bad" connotations food has in your world, so food can become 'just food' again. This phase was built to help you start relearning your hunger cues while teaching you how to find enjoyment in food again. This will help neutralize your previously restricted foods, so they become less important in your life. This phase is designed to teach you how the binge/restrict cycle works and how to break it. We also cover ways to start feeling your fullness and practice mindful eating with my *Fullness Spectrum. I'll also give you my personal tools that I used to heal my relationship with food such as my 3-bite taste check, my tastebud turndown method, my binge relief approach, and many more to help you start putting that trust back within your body again.

This is a 6 Month Course Just for you

How this course works: This is a 12-week course that will release a new lesson to you each week along with weekly Soulwork specifically designed to help you focus on the most important factor in that week's teaching. You'll also receive

  • (6) 20-minute personal Zoom calls with me that you can use anytime during this course.
  • You will also be sent a weekly virtual check-in with specifically curated questions to help me understand where you're at in this journey.
  • I’ll send personalized video responses back to you on the weeks we don't have our personal Zoom calls.

Access to our private community -The COURAGEOUS NOURISHER Collective - so you can give and receive advice, send pictures, and get the support you need from people all around the world who understand you and know what you're going through.
