Before I became a binge eating nutrition coach...

I was your straight-up, bro-dude, gym rat who thought balanced eating was a waste of time because it wasn't hardcore enough. (Insert Huge eye roll...)  

Listen, I was a former Bodybuilder and Collegiate Athlete, so I HAD to be above average... because I WAS a #nodaysoff BEAST! 

Well... actually... the real truth behind my obsession with fitness and extreme health came from my incessant need to stand out, be liked, loved, and become an asset in this world. But because I couldn't validate (or even like myself unless I looked a certain way), my journey for "health" turned into an exhaustive search to be perfect, valuable, and most importantly... my relentless need to be loved by YOU.

After years of fighting to keep this impossibly lean physique, I finally crashed face-first into binge eating, secret eating, eating disorders, laxative abuse, emotional eating, and mental health issues. Enter my extremely unhealthy relationship with food.

I eventually found some online resources (just like you 😉) and finally got the help I needed when I found a coach. But not without noting and writing down every single step, phase, trigger, systematic response, structured habit, and helpful pattern that guided me along the way. As I began opening up about my story online, my story and notes eventually became my business. Those notes, my Nutrition Certification, and all my experience with past clients have transformed into my elite 12-week COURAGEOUS NOURISHER Course to help my food-obsessed friends finally find peace and balance with food and their bodies. FREEDOM!!!!!!

You see, I go so much deeper than all that surface-level hullabaloo. Once you work with me, you'll realize that this is not really about the food. In fact, it never was. This is why I pride my Intuitively Strong empire on leaning heavily into the mental aspect and core of WHY you binge eat so we can pull at the root, and not just slap another diet bandaid over it.
