I am here to bridge the gap between Eating Intuitively and Athleticism. I flipped diet culture the bird after years of chronic dieting, disordered eating patterns, and hating myself lean. I now teach fellow extreme dieters, fit moms, former athletes, and fitness enthusiasts alike, how to live a life without food rules, restriction and self-destruction. Here, you bridge the gap between fitness, food freedom, and self-worth.

It seemed so easy for everyone else, but giving myself permission on any "bad" foods just made my binge/restrict pendulum swing even harder when I did it alone.
